ONLINE: A Tale of a Village and a War


"A Tale of a Village and a War" tells the story of the people of southern Lebanon during the Israeli invasion in 1978, and highlights their daily suffering during the occupation. It was shown at the United Nations at the request of Ghassan Tueni, the Lebanese representative at the time. The show contributed to the issuance of Resolution 425, which stipulates the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from southern Lebanon.
